YES. You must currently be a training member at one of our four studios already on a monthly plan to qualify for these deals, If  you are coming off of a freeze for January 1st, 2025, you are still eligible for this deal as long as you do not remain on freeze.

Purchasing these sessions will be in ADDITION TO your current monthly program. You will not be able to freeze your monthly billing, or drop it down to a lower tier, the purpose is to use these sessions in addition to your current sessions so you can increase the frequency in which you train each week and fast track your results!

Unfortunately due to the deep discounts offered we are only allowing one purchase of the semi private session add-ons per client at this time.  However, you can purchase the 10 Week Custom Nutrition Program + a semi private package if you would like. That would be limited still to one of each. Any deal on this page is available for  CURRENT Members of R3 Fitness only.

We will take into account your short term and long term goals i.e. (lose fat,  build muscle, or maybe both) and also any food preferences you have.  We also take into account your age, gender, and activity level of daily caloric expenditure on exercise days and n on exercise days so its perfectly fit to your needs and body. From there we give you a beautiful 20+ page print out of exactly how many grams of carbs, protein, and fat to eat each day and how to adjust. You will also be given a meal prep guide and recipe book with. This plan may or may not include in person meetings with a Nutrition Coach depending on the level of package purchased.

Because we're only making a number of these available, all refunds must take place in person in the club. You will only be eligible for a refund for up to  3 days  after purchase.
